Included here is a small glimpse into the joy and purpose I have found designing experiences and products across various fields. The eclectic opportunities of working in retail, healthcare, automotive, and aerospace industries have given me a broad perspective. I have over 30 years of product and experience design, management, and leading design thinking strategy which has evolved into a focus on innovation and digital experience leadership.

HR Experiences
I managed the 15 person UX team supporting the transformation of all HR experiences, affecting the core systems for 440,000 associates, as well as providing strategy and mentorship to business partners in these efforts.
App Ecosystem
I developed and maintained a two year roadmap for a digital suite of consumer facing apps as part of a $300MM book of business in the Healthcare Industry.
Call Center Transformation
I supported experience design for a 5 billion dollar focus of business, leveraging stakeholder relationships to drive digital transformation which exceeded all target metrics by 150% in associate efficiencies and VOC.
Health and Wellness App
I created user flows and conceptual wireframes for a $1.2MM project successfully rolled out to Fortune 100 clients. *App showed a 400% increase in engagement over legacy apps
Strategy
Storyboarding
Storyboarding can help drive home the experience by creating an emotional connection to the story. This can further help facilitate alignment with stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptive
Using an adaptive framework for the Well-Being Together app created an experience that was as engaging on mobile as it was on desktop.
IA
Having a keen strategy for the organization, structure, and labelling of content was necessary for creating a sustainably engaging experience across apps at Healthways.
Personas
Does persona have an e on the end or not? That depends on if it's plural or singular--either way, understanding the user is key for design thinking to succeed. Not incidentally, the greatest value of personae is the act of the team coming together to create them.
Content Strategy
Moving RCT's web experiences to a managed CMS environment was key to facilitating a sustainable content management strategy; driving fresh and dynamic experiences.
